Attorney Arthur Sneider has extensive trial experience, both in criminal and civil matters, and concentrates much of his practice on domestic relations matters. As a Norfolk County assistant district attorney, he prosecuted cases involving serious matters such as sexual abuse and domestic violence. From his experiences working with crime victims, Attorney Sneider brings to his practice a unique understanding of the emotional side of litigation and conflict. He is a member of the Children's Advocacy Group of Norfolk County and the National Crime Victim Bar Association, Senior Partners For Justice and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
Attorney Sneider is also a certified family mediator. As a mediator, he assists clients in making good decisions during difficult times in their lives. Although he encourages his clients to resolve disputes peacefully and cost effectively if possible, he is ready to take forceful and effective action at trial.
Attorney Kevin Mulvey represents clients in civil legal matters and is highly involved in his community, taking an active role in supporting education, mental health and social services providers. Prior to starting at our law firm, he was a Norfolk County assistant district attorney and handled many cases regarding civil commitment of individuals determined by the court to be dangerous.
Attorney Elizabeth I. McGuire concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic relations and general civil litigation. Attorney McGuire graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in May, 2006, and has been an associate at Mulvey & Sneider, P.C., since August of 2006. During her time at Northeastern, she was an intern for the Massachusetts Land Court, as well as three law firms where she gained experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Attorney McGuire is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Business Network International Massachusetts, Newell Chapter.
